MOTION
FOR PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION GRANTED BY COURT
Attached
is the order of the Laguna RTC who is trying the case of rebellion
against MNLF Chairman Nur Misuari, granting the motion for preliminary
investigation. This means that the legality of his arrest and
detention is under question. The prosecution must present
evidence to justify the arrest and prosecution of Chairman Misuari.
There are also motions pending with the court to cancel or quash the
illegal warrants of arrests against Chairman Misuari and company as
well as to transfer the venue with the Ombudsman and not with the
Department of Justice, because they have prejudged the case.
We
call on all Muslims who believe in the justice of the Bangsamoro cause
and the injustice done to Chairman Misuari to rally and support the
legal defense panel, because the opportunist have fled away and only
the Mo'min and true Mujahideen are supporting our actions to defend
the Bangsamoro.
